Build a quote around the actual scope
A sponsored story, a produced video, and a dedicated endorsement involve different amounts of work and brand value. This calculator separates audience assumptions from content format, deliverables, usage rights, and category exclusivity. The final estimate is a planning range, not an instruction about what a creator must charge.
The transparent pricing model
Assumed reach is 20% for Instagram and Other, 30% for YouTube, and 25% for TikTok. Baseline CPM is USD 20, INR 800, EUR 18, GBP 16, or AED 70. Engagement factors run from 0.85 to 1.3. Content factors are feed 1, story 0.5, short video 1.25, long-form 1.8, integration 1.4, and dedicated video 2.2. These are independent illustrative planning assumptions, not current market benchmarks.
Rights, exclusivity, and market adjustments
Paid usage factors are 1.2 for 30 days, 1.4 for 90 days, and 1.8 for 12 months; organic posting alone is 1. Exclusivity factors are 1.2 for one month or 1.5 for three months, otherwise 1. Market factors are global 1, India 0.8, US 1.2, UK 1.1, Europe 1.05, and UAE 1.1. Deliverables scale linearly with no bundle discount. The result discloses the factors used and returns midpoint × 0.8 to midpoint × 1.25.
From inputs to insight.
Using USD, 50,000 Instagram followers, 3% engagement, one feed post, organic rights, no exclusivity, and a global market gives a $230 midpoint and $184–$287.50 range. Two otherwise identical deliverables double the midpoint to $460. Adding 30-day paid usage multiplies that midpoint by 1.2 to $552.
Results depend on the accuracy and definitions of your inputs. Campaign performance varies by audience, niche, content format, geography, and attribution method. These tools provide estimates and context, not guarantees.

Frequently asked questions
Why is the result a range?
A deterministic model cannot capture creator demand, creative quality, campaign scope, or negotiation. The range is a disclosed scenario band, not a statistical confidence interval.
How do usage rights affect the estimate?
The model adds an illustrative multiplier for a selected paid usage period. Real agreements also need to specify channels, geography, editing rights, spend limits, and renewal terms.
Does this include production expenses or taxes?
There is no separate expense or tax input. The content multiplier approximates scope, so quote any additional expenses and taxes explicitly rather than assuming they are covered.
Are multiple deliverables discounted?
No. This model scales linearly. A negotiated bundle can differ based on repeated production effort, timing, or shared audience exposure.
Can I use actual views instead of followers?
This tool estimates reach from followers. For YouTube sponsorships based on average views, use the dedicated YouTube Sponsorship Calculator.
